Is the United Arab Emirates building an UES mega-mansion?

The United Arab Emirates looks to have all the pieces for a spectacular new mega-mansion on one of the priciest blocks on the Upper East Side.

The Permanent Mission of the UAE to the United Nations has snagged two adjacent buildings, at 37 and 39 E. 74th St., for a combined $47.25 million over more than a year, according to public records filed with the city.
