Famous Arabic Quotes to Give Hope and Patience
HelloAssoBy: Yasmina Hage/Arab America Contributing Writer
Life is a path filled with trials and joy. From time to time when things go wrong, we persist in seeing the negative side, and we forget all the beautiful things that happen. Sometimes we don’t forget them, but we pay too much attention to our sadness to see them.
Everyone has complicated stories to deal with in life, even though we would like to move on and not have to think about our problems anymore. However, let’s not forget that without pain, there is no joy. In order not to let bad things take over, we must remain optimistic, which is not easy. It is easier to complain and be sad than it is to realize how lucky we are.
A Turbulent Year
This year 2020 will not have been easy for anyone, between the forests that burned in the Amazon, Australia and Lebanon and the coronavirus that has been very complicated, especially for some people and countries. Indeed, in the Arab world, many countries do not have the means to fight this pandemic. As a result, people are starving and cannot remain confined if they want to live. Moreover, access to health care, for example, is more difficult because of COVID-19
As a result of all this and much more, many people are in a complicated situation where they no longer see the end of the tunnel. Today, we are here to help these people, give them hope, a taste for life, and, above all, the courage to continue! In spite of the difficulties, we are all destined to do great things if we give ourselves the means to do so.
Life is not always rosy, but it is up to us to make it as joyful as possible! We must not let the negative take over! Arab countries have plenty of quotes for this kind of situation.
