As part of the Arab America Foundation’s mission to connect and empower Arab Americans, cousins (paid members) and friends are welcome to attend the Team Michigan Watermelon (Batikh) Picnic, including watermelon, man’oushe, and labneh.
In addition to networking, you’ll hear about recent successes and get a preview of the exciting Connect Arab America: Empowerment Summit on October 25-26 in Dearborn, MI. Co-founders Warren and Dr. Amal David will join us from Washington, DC. Along with their grassroots network, they are the driving force behind a nationwide movement that has achieved remarkable growth. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to be a part of this impactful initiative.
The event will take place at Plymouth Township Park (McClumpha Park) 46640 West Ann Arbor Trail, Plymouth, MI, 48170. (Rain or Shine).
The event begins at 12:00 Noon and ends at 2:00 pm. Enjoy Batikh (Watermelon) and fresh Man’oushe (Za’atar).
