As the genocide in Palestine surpasses 25,000 killed in just 4 months, Israel & the US are continuing their decades long attempt to foreground Israel as a progressive democracy championing the rights of women & queer people in the region.
In this conversation, panelists from the fields of education, human rights, gender studies, and the law, will discuss the issues of reproductive justice, pinkwashing, and queer self determination in occupied Palestine, in addition to bringing this pressing struggle home to Atlantans’ fight for Black life & sanctity in the Capital of the South.
