MI. Join us for an evening meal that combines the best foods of middle eastern cuisine and locally made beers by Earthen Ales. Our menu will highlight an Arabic salad, mujadara, baba ghanoush and beef kofta kabobs paired with samples of beers. We’ll learn about spice and herb combinations that define this style of cooking as well as healthful ways to enjoy indulgent meals. This will be a time of community connection, laughter and food inspiration!
