April is the nationally recognized Arab Heritage Month in the USA. Come and celebrate our culture and music with Huzam Ensemble, at our favorite venue Epiphany. Lead by Egyptian percussionist and composer Karim Nagi, the ensemble performs original and traditional repertoire of various Arab regions and genre. Their passionate on-stage dynamism and improvisatory flair is something that can be enjoyed by even those unfamiliar with the style. Karim Nagi is an accomplished performer, TEDx Speaker, and bestower of joy, who gathers the top virtuosic talents of Chicago to represent the beauty of Arab music & culture.
