During the Fair Trade Fair, guests can enjoy:

• 11am-12pm: Sipping on fair trade coffee from around the world while learning about the global coffee supply chain and catch a live coffee roasting demonstration.
• 12pm-3pm: A Crafting Circle for visitors to join led by a professional instructor where they can crochet and/or knit to their heart’s content, and learn how much skill and effort goes into making something to wear.
• 3pm-5pm: Fair Trade Tapas and Wine Tasting where guests can sample fair trade Palestinian olive oils and tapenades by Canaan Palestine, as well as Fairtrade-certified La Riojana wines from Argentina.

Guests can also shop from various vendors, including:

• Mobiles and jewelry from Tulia’s Artisan Gallery
• Nepalese felt items from The Winding Road
• Soy candles from local social enterprise Bright Endeavors
• Kitchenwares from Sobremesa
• Chicago Fair Trade coffee – a partnership with Metropolis Coffee
