Join us for our Dinner Fundraiser to build a well in Beit Jibrin Camp in Bethlehem!

This dinner is an opportunity raise money for 10 families to build a well that will provide sustainable and reliable water in the camp allowing the community to collect water in the winter to store for the summer. The well will cost between $12,000 to $15,000 to build.

After the Oslo agreement, the Palestinians had the right to 30% of the national water supply in Palestine with 70% going to the Israeli settlers. Since October 7th, the Israelis cut that water supply in half to 15%. The refugee camps in the West Bank receive an even lower percentage of this water due to crowded areas in small plots of land.

Fadi is from Beit Jibrin and is a chef currently living in Toronto. He’s collaborating with Brent Powers, chef and founder of Rind Culture. Together they will serve a 5 course dinner of dishes from Palestine and Palestine inspired courses.

There will be live music, a photo wall and opportunities for additional donations.
