Join food writer and chef-instructor Shawnie Kelley as she guides you through creating a flavorful Moroccan-inspired menu:

  • Ras-el-Hanout Moroccan Lamb Meatballs: Learn to make a traditional North African spice blend to flavor tender lamb meatballs.
  • Lemon Saffron Couscous: Serve the meatballs over aromatic couscous studded with olives and herbs.
  • Cucumber and Mint Salad: A refreshing side to balance the warmth of the spices.
