Bassem Youssef "Jon Stewart of the Arab World" to Speak in NY and LA
For the first time ever, Bassem Youssef will be speaking live in New York on the 24th of April at the Florence Gould Hall and in Los Angeles on the 26th of April in a candid and exclusive session where guests will also have the opportunity to have a truly in depth and personal +Q & A session with him afterwards. This is part of the Bassem Youssef Tour which Enigma Magazine is organizing in London, New York, and Los Angeles.
After bringing famous Egyptian movie stars Ahmed Helmy and Mona Zaki to Beverly Hills, California last summer for a celebration of Arab Glamour, Enigma PR is now working on the first two state tour for Bassem Youssef, one of the most famous TV personalities in the Middle East. Known as the “Jon Stewart of the Arab World”, Bassem Youssef is the former host of the political satirical news program Al-Bernameg (“The Show”) – which broke all TV rating records in the Middle East. He was also selected as one of Time Magazine’s “100 most influential people in the world” in 2013. Bassem recently hosted the 2015 International Emmy Awards Gala in New York and has new TV show coming out soon on Netflix and Fusion TV. He also has a documentary coming out on April 14 about his record breaking success at the Tribeca Film festival in New York.
