Arab American Engineers & Architects Association Offers Two Scholarships

Arab American Engineers & Architects Association (AAEA) announces it will offer two 1,000 dollar scholarships for Michigan students of Arab descent whom are pursuing a college degree in either engineering or architecture.
In order to be eligible for application, the student must fulfill the following requirements: be a student of Arab descent; have graduated from a Michigan high school; be enrolled in a 4 year university, starting fall of 2009; and, interested in the study of Engineering or Architecture. Additionally, the AAEA decision committee will consider the student’s academic performance, leadership experience, and involvement in activities.
The Arab American Engineers & Architects Association was established in order to develop ways of serving the community, provide opportunities to its members and other organizations, and assist with the integration of Arab American engineers and architects into the industry.
