Arab America Announces 2015 Spring Internship Program
Attention college students studying in the Washington, DC area. These positions are based in our office, which is conveniently located 1 block away from Metro Center and Chinatown Gallery metro station, and within walking distance from the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery, the Verizon Center and historic downtown DC.
Intern Duties:
●Posting content to website and keeping social media sites up to date
●Researching and writing on news, events and culture on Arab Americans
●Assist in planning Arab America events
●Representing Arab America at community government meetings, and events.
●Applicants must be coachable, flexible, and possess a positive attitude
Requirements:
●Applicants must be enrolled in college or have completed a college degree
●Ability to use Microsoft Excell
●Ability to speak Arabic or any other language is a plus but not necessary
