A Celebration of Arab Culture: Arabfest
On June 6th Karisma Events announced it will be organizing the Arabfest, the first Arab American festival in the Virginia in recent years. Arabfest is a celebration of Arab culture. The goal is to bring people from all walks of life to enjoy and share Arab heritage. The organizers are excited to showcase Arab culture in the U.S. through food, music, cultural dance and entertainment for all people to enjoy. “We believe that these types of events can bring change and positive interaction between people,” organizers say.
A number of Arab American community organizations, media and businesses are partnering with Arabfest to promote and increase awareness and participation. In addition organizers invited number of talented performers who will sing, dance and play Arabic music at the festival.
The festival will also include vendors showcasing arts, crafts and food from various parts of Arab world. There will also be a large section with number of kids games and rides at the festival. Organizers are expecting between 7,000 to 10,000 people to attend Arabfest.
This fantastic event will take place on September 27th from 10am to 10pm. It will be located at Bull Run Regional Park at 7700 Bull Run Drive in Centreville, Virginia, area code 20121.
